Look who's sitting pretty in her pink Bumbo seat!

Chloe's new baby doll and her new Bumbo seat.

What a big girl!

Finding her balance.

Getting the hang of this 'sitting up.' It's kind of fun!

I can read Chloe's mind already...my mommy super powers must be kicking in. ;) She's thinking "Mommy...seriously...how many pictures can you take of me in this thing???" LOL!!

My First Mother's Day

Nana BB & Uncle Brother came to visit me for my first Mother's Day. Chloe was so excited to see them.

Chloe has some of the cutest facial expressions...this picture was my favorite!

Happy Belated Birthday Nana BB!

Nana BB's birthday was April 23rd. And yes, I am a little behind on my blogging. :) We took a quick day trip to good old K-Town to visit mom and celebrate her birthday. We had a great day! Happy Belated Birthday Nana BB! WE LOVE YOU!

PLEASE DONATE!

Hello Everyone!

As you all know, God blessed us with a precious baby girl on December 23rd, 2008! Chloe is now 16 weeks old and is healthy and happy! She is babbling, rolling over, and shaking her baby rattles! God is so good! Through our adoption experience, we feel God has called us to help support the agency that has supported us tremendously over the past two years ~ Bethany Christian Services. Bethany will be hosting a golf tournament, the Bethany Cup, here in Knoxville this coming Monday, April 20th. Since Chris and I are not avid golfers, we have decided to show our support by participating in the 'family fundraiser competition.' The 'family fundraiser' is part of the Bethany Cup and is a great way to get everyone involved!

Our family goal is to raise as much as possible to go towards Bethany's adoption expenses and birth mom ministry. Most people know Bethany as an adoption agency, but their Christian care also extends to people struggling with unplanned pregnancies, infertility, and a multitude of other challenges. Bethany Christian Services is the largest non-profit, pro-life Christian family services agency. For more than sixty years, Bethany has responded with compassion, integrity, and commitment to the needs of children and families...and now it's our turn to do the same. These donations will benefit the children, birth parents, interim care families, and will help keep the cost of adoption down for adoptive parents.

If you would be interested in making a donation to help support Bethany and our 'family fundraiser,' we would greatly appreciate it. Donations are due this Monday, April 20th. If you are interested in donating please email us for donation submission info. utklac2@aol.com

Many Continued Blessings!

Guess who is Rolling Over!!!

Chloe started rolling over yesterday! Once she started, she didn't stop ~ literally! She rolled over every chance she got. She was so proud of herself and her new accomplishment! She would roll over, grin from ear to ear, and then give her acceptance speech as if she had just won the gold medal for rolling over! (She is babbling & cooing all the time now ~ she has truly found her voice) And you know the proud parents we are, we were snapping pictures and videoing every moment...even when she rolled over and the spit up EVERYWHERE! LOL!

Look at that form!

Did I do that!?!?!?

The acceptance speech! :) We will spare you the spit up that followed!
